CONSULTANT GEOSPATIAL DATA SCIENTIST

I am Dr Charlotte C. Smith, a consulting geospatial data scientist passionate about the natural world and collaborating with companies that are doing their part to tackle key environmental issues. I can support your next project from proof of concept and data acquisition through to analysis and presenting results.

I also work with academics and can support research projects by conducting scientifically rigorous data analysis, contributing to paper writing, and building beautiful figures for publications.

I am available for short-term projects and part-time longer-term engagements.

GEOSPATIAL

I have almost a decade of experience working with geospatial python packages (GDAL, geopandas, rasterio, etc) and can build beautiful static or interactive maps with Leaflet. I also have experience managing PostGIS databases and conducting SQL analysis.
